Delivery & Shipping

What are my delivery options?

We deliver every day via courier from Southampton to Montauk. Order by 1 PM for same-day delivery. If you place your order after 1 PM, you might not receive it until the next day.

You can also opt to pick up your order at Highway Restaurant, located at 290 Montauk Highway in East Hampton, from 12 to 7 PM every day.

What is the cost of delivery?

For now, we are offering free delivery on orders over $100; otherwise, there is a $10 flat rate. Pick-up at Highway is free.

How will I know when my order is on its way?

Our team will text you when your order is on the way. Please allow 45 minutes for arrival.

I sent my order to the wrong address. What should I do?

Just shoot us a note at or call us at (212) 258-0722. We’ll make sure your wine gets where it’s meant to go.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Parcelle’s return policy?

We are happy to accept unopened bottles of wine up to seven days after the date of sale with proof of your original purchase. For our complete return and exchange policy, please see our Terms of Service.

How long will my return take to process?

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Do you have sommeliers available for dinner parties or other events?

Do you offer a case discount?

Yes. You will automatically receive a 10% discount on any order including 12 or more bottles; however, this will not apply to an already-discounted bundle of wine.
